We hope you'll join us for Calabash PTO's next free on-campus event of the year: our Outdoor Family Movie Night on Friday, September 25th.
The gates will open at 6:00PM for families to set up blankets and low chairs in our quad area. PTO will be selling candy, popcorn and other fun concessions. You are also welcome to bring in picnic-style dinners to enjoy with your family and friends. There will be pre-movie crafts and activities overseen by several of our teachers.
The movie will start shortly after 7:00PM, once the sun sets enough for the screen to be visible. We'll be showing Toy Story 5. Kids are encouraged to wear pajamas as we enjoy the movie together under the stars.
Please note that everyone is required to stay in the main quad area during this event, and that kids are not allowed to be running. This is not a drop-off event, and parents are responsible for ensuring their kids stay in the designated space. If you think your child won't be interested in sitting and watching the movie (or if the event runs too late for our youngest Cubs) families are welcome to come to just the pre-movie portion of the evening. PTO will be enforcing the no-running policy, but we need involved parent participation to keep eyes on your children at all times.
