ORDER YOU 2023/2024 CALABASH YEARBOOK

The Calabash PTO uses TreeRing as its yearbook company. One of the top reasons we use TreeRing over all the other yearbook companies out there: EVERY student has the opportunity to add TWO CUSTOM PAGES to his/her yearbook!

1. HOW TO ORDER YOUR YEARBOOK

  • New families can register for TreeRing here: TreeRing website registration. 

  • The school's code is 1013451407851762.

  • When you log in, you will have the option to purchase a hardcover or softcover yearbook. 

  • If you haven’t done so, you can also download the app by clicking below:

 
 

If you donated $500+ to the YES Fund, at least one yearbook has been purchased for you in your child's name based on your earned incentives.  If you don't see that purchase, please email calabashptopresident@gmail.com.

2. HOW TO UPLOAD & SHARE PHOTOS

If you scroll on the TreeRing dashboard, you'll see a section that says "Share Photos." If you click the "Upload Photos" link, you'll be brought to all our public photos folders for the 2023-2024 school year.

There is a folder for each class, as well as folders for each special event, spirit week, or occasion.

In addition to uploading photos of your own, you can view photos from other parents as well. However, parents are unable to use or download photos uploaded by other people as a safety precaution.

When you upload photos, you'll have the choice to make them private (just for your child's custom pages) or add them to the public folders.

Our yearbook editor uses the photos in the public folders to make her yearbook selects, and this is often where we will pull photos for PTO e-blasts as well.

3. CUSTOMIZING YOUR YEARBOOK

Every yearbook comes with 2 free custom pages, where you can upload photos of your child and family to be printed in JUST your child's yearbook. You can also purchase additional pages for 99 cents each. Many of our families use this like a yearly scrapbook for their kids and fill added pages with all their school and family adventures.

While you can build these pages all year long, most of our families wait to tackle this in the spring. We'll send reminders out about the custom page deadline before our yearbook goes to print.
